Nuh, 28th August- As per the directive of the Election Commission of India, special detailed review of the photo-voted lists of the three assembly constituencies of district Nuh is being considered as first January 2019 qualifying date from September 1, 2018 to 31 October.
City Corporation Rohit Yadav said that for this, photo voter lists of three assembly constituencies, office of Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer, offices of Assistant Electoral Registration Officer / Assistant Electoral Registration Officer and apart from Tahsil office, in every voting center, from September 1 to 31, the general public Will be kept for free inspection. He said that nominated officers have been appointed on all polling stations. In this period, the person whose age is 18 years or more, on January 1, 2019 and their names are not registered in the electoral roll, for such person to register his name in the voter list, the nominated officer appointed at his polling station in Form No. 6 (BLO) to fill the application form.
In the meeting, he told that in the same way, the names of ineligible voters registered in the list can be filled by form number 7 and can be filled in form number 8 to get the entry in the list purified. He said that with each claim, photographs related to his confirmation such as photograph, age, proof of residence such as ration card, passport, license etc. will be accompanied by photo copies. All of these forms will be kept free of the above mentioned places. If there is a shortage of farms, photocopies, handwritten and typed forms will also be accepted. He appealed to the political parties and the common people that they can present their claims and objections from 9 am to 5 pm for the nominated officers appointed from their respective polling stations from 1st September to 31st October. In addition to the voters who have changed their place of residence, the names of such voters have been removed from the voters’ list. All such voters also requested that they should check their name in the voters’ list and then fill the form number 6 according to the new residence location and apply for registration of their name in the electoral roll.
On this occasion, representatives from SDM Nuh Pradeep Ahlawat, Tehsildar Anil Kumar, NAB Tehsildar Rajendra Hooda, from the election office, and other officials and political parties are present.
